Adding to the above, one more way to ensure good help is to increase your capacity to get and make use of “good help.” There is a LOT of great information out there about almost anything that you are passionate about. Information, knowledge and insights are not the problem but the capacity to use those things are.

As you start helping yourself, you increase your capacity to “make use of” the good help.
